The dressing is simply made with lemon, tahini, olive oil, garlic and a little water to thin it out.  It’s only 4 ingredients!

Ingredients
  • 2 tablespoons tahini paste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1 lemon juiced
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • salt to taste
Instructions
  1. Whisk together all ingredients in a bowl. Store in an airtight container.
  2. Easily doubles for a larger batch.
  3. Serve with your favorite salad, wrap or my buddha bowl like my Grilled Vegetable Buddha Bowl!
